my husband and I used them when we moved to Hardy. they were amazing. the installation was smooth and the internet was the fastest we had ever had! my husband passed away last April and I moved away. we had a credit left on our bill. somehow they found my son-in-law's number after a year of searching to return the credit! Best internet in the area, I had them when I lived outside city limits, ordering and setup are super easy, and fast and the technician was very professional and friendly.  My mom also uses NEXT and the service is extremely reliable, nearly never experience lag, even with uploading on her pc, streaming on the TV, downloads and games on my computers and streaming on my phone.
