my husband and I used them when we moved to Hardy. they were amazing. the installation was smooth and the internet was the fastest we had ever had! my husband passed away last April and I moved away. we had a credit left on our bill. somehow they found my son-in-law's number after a year of searching to return the credit! I will always be grateful to them and recommend them to anyone!!

Best internet in the area, I had them when I lived outside city limits, ordering and setup are super easy, and fast and the technician was very professional and friendly. My mom also uses NEXT and the service is extremely reliable, nearly never experience lag, even with uploading on her pc, streaming on the TV, downloads and games on my computers and streaming on my phone. This internet has gone above and beyond expectations, and it never has blackouts, always able to get Internet. The only downside is you can't get it in city limits...

NEXT service has been life changing for me living in an area where no other internet service was available besides satellite, which was not ideal. I would not hesitate to get NEXT over any other provider and appreciate the support.

Love it! Once we were able to get it at our home we immediately got it. We haven’t had a problem at all. We can stream shows now, downloads are immediate, wifi signal reaches a long way. Customer Service is awesome and paying online is easy. Love the whole setup!

When I got tired of my internet going out all the time from a mail box going in 100 miles away I switched to Next and now my internet has been rock solid.

NEXT service is great! Had a glitch with the cable and called on Wednesday before Thanksgiving. The service technician showed up within a few hours after the call and fixed our issue. 5 ⭐️
