Thanks for being a customer or end user of NEXT, POWERED BY NAEC applications or web pages. Here we describe how we collect, use and handle your information when you use our websites, software and services (“Services”).

What & Why

We and or your service provider collect and use the following information to provide, improve and protect our Services and/or intellectual property:

 

Account. We collect, and associate with your account, information like your name, email address, phone number, payment info, physical address, and account activity. Some services let you access your accounts and your information through web portals provided by your service provider.

 

Services.  Our Services are designed to support the Service Providers’ solutions in providing services to their end users. Any information provided as part of these services is maintained within the Service Providers’ system. Your profile information is available as part of your Service Providers’ system, network, internal applications, and BSS/OSS of the Service Provider.

 

Usage. We collect information related to how you use the Services, including actions you take in your account (like sharing, editing, viewing, and moving files or folders). This helps us provide you with features that enhances the Service Provider’s system.

We also collect information from and about the devices you use to access the Services. This includes things like IP addresses, the type of browser and device you use, and identifiers associated with your devices. Typical usage and content information is maintained within the network, transmitted for use for troubleshooting, and used to improve the end-user experiences.  NEXT, POWERED BY NAEC does track usage of our own Internal website for who, what, when and how long customers use our website.  Except for the NEXT, POWERED BY NAEC Internal website, we do not track any websites.  We do not sell any private information.

 

With whom

We may share information as discussed below, but we will not sell it to advertisers or other third parties.

Certain features let you make additional information available to others.

Other applications. NEXT, POWERED BY NAEC does not collect or store end user contact information that is provided through any applications – for example, via NEXT, POWERED BY NAEC APIs.

Law & Order. We may disclose your information to third parties if we determine that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with the law; (b) protect any person from death or serious bodily injury; (c) prevent fraud or abuse of NEXT, POWERED BY NAEC or our users; or (d) protect NEXT, POWERED BY NAEC’s property rights.

 

Stewardship of your data is critical to us and a responsibility that we embrace. We’ll abide by the following Government Request Principles when receiving, scrutinizing, and responding to government requests (including national security requests) for our users’ data, protect all users and provide trusted services.

 

How

Security. We have a team dedicated to keeping your information secure and testing for vulnerabilities. We also continue to work on features to keep your information safe and alerts when new devices and apps are linked to your account.

Retention. Our system has the ability to retain information you store on our Services for as long as we need it to provide you the Services. If you close your account, we’ll also delete your information after a predetermined period. But please note: (1) there might be some latency in deleting this information from our servers and back-up storage; and (2) we may retain this information if necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.  You can access your personal information by calling your Service Provider or logging into your Service Provider’s account.

 

Where

Our services have been deployed in the North American networks, Caribbean and US Territories to various service providers.

NEXT, POWERED BY NAEC is subject to various oversight as a Limited Liability Company that is privately owned.

 

Changes

If we are involved in a reorganization, merger, acquisition or sale of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that deal. We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time and will post the most current version on our website.

How does NEXT Collect Your Information?

NEXT, Powered by NAEC collects and processes information provided directly by you when you install the App and register for an account to use the App. Specifically, this information includes:

 

• Your name, email address, location, phone number. Payment information, physical address and account activity. 
• Browser information and session cookies related to your access and use of the App.
• Data insights NEXT attains based on correlation and analytics of your information collected in providing the App, which may be used in aggregated and disaggregated formats or to obtain trend analytics, to provide the App; and
• Use of the above-described collected information to enhance our App or to provide App features. We do not track usage of our own internal website for who, what, when and how long customers use the website. 
• Private Information that is not resold.

How does NEXT Use the Information?

NEXT uses the information collected as described in this Privacy Policy, including personal information, to:

 

• Provide you with the App as described in the Agreement.
• Implement, improve and enhance the App, including making future releases available to you.
• Carry out NEXTs obligations as described or authorized in the Agreement and this Privacy Policy.
• Enforce NEXTs rights arising from the Agreement between you and NEXT; and
• Fulfill any other purpose authorized by you and reasonably required for the App.
